Just go to file and press Export "into movie" and select type. If sound I recommend .avi, if no sound, swf or gif, but i prefer swf.

Zhenboi go to export as swf and go to swfme.com and find the embed flash source code. Right click and press view source, go to somethign taht is embed http: etc.. highlight the http to end. and thats your code for flash.

No the link that they gave u the new page is not the code. When you at the new page right click anywhere and theere show an option saying "view source" click that and look for the embed flash code its after the word embed and some symbols that there will give you the code. Its like the website but different.
