Alright. Since Mike is almost not- grounded. I am coming back from GMS. ( I train to lv. 49 Pirate) anyways.

I was thinking of preparing a Staff list. so the format should look like this or so. and description on each section.

Admin Gods

About The Admins:
Admins are basically what the server depends on. We are the ones that are in control at all times. Our admins play key rolls by not only being Gms in game but they help tremendously with server sided things.

GM TEAM

About GM Team:
This team will only control "in-game play". GM must be able to ban , give advice, be active, Help, Report, and many more.

Leader of GM requirement: The leader of GM only control the GM Staff. He/She Must know everything about GM and what it means to be GM.(For e.g quality) Leader of GM have the power to approved or disapproved GM Application. They must read the application first.
Note: Disapproving an application for a unreasonable reason is not tolerated. For example. ( I declined this application because I HATE HIM).

GFX TEAM

About GFX team: This team will focus on graphic art, signature etc... This team will help people on how ot make it better. Criticize them if you can. However, DO NOT CRITICIZE If they didn't ask for it. DO NOT FLAME ANYBODY'S ARTWORK.

Leader of GFX requirement: The Leader of GFX requirement must know how to use any photoshop program or something similar fluently. Must know the concept of texture, Shape, Etc........ Just like Leader of GM. They have the power approve or disapprove GFX artist on their application.

Forum Moderator Team.

About Forum Moderator:
This team will focus on Forum. The Forum Moderator will look at the post and will deal with the issue and consequences. They will know that if any member of the forum break the rules, they will give a reasonable warn. They'll look over forum and be active on forum

Leader of Forum Moderator Team Requirement:
The Leader of this team must have these one quality..... Responsibility. The leader must also make sure if the moderator give a warn for a certain reason. Just like the 2 teams above the Leader have the power to approve Forum Moderator Application. They could trace any IP. So I am warning DON'T MASS MAKE ACCOUNT.

About Toucher GM: This is the administrator's idea. So ask him for more info.
This is basically A GM but without some of the power.

About Animation team: This team will focus on animation. They will focus on ideas and creativity on making either "flash" animation or using other program to make animation.
Like the GFX Team. You could Criticize them, but Don't Criticize if they didn't ask for it, and DON'T FLAME ANYBODY'S Animation.

Leader of Animation team requirement: The Leader of Animation must be skilled in making animation. They should give advice to new animator and so on. They should have a great sense of creativity, humor, etc..... just like every leader they have the power to approved or disapproved Animator Application.

This team is about looking over the chatroom to see if there's any spamming, flaming, or advertising.
etc. If they see any people who broke these rule, they will simply ban the person or delete the message.

Hey Apple can you make an Intern Applications,GFX Apps,Animation Apps,& Development apps?
Because they all kinda has the power of GM's.

Sorry for late reply. Well in my opinion. I don't wanna start Intern yet. Its too early for interns maybe when server is big we'll open intern applicaiton.
