We need to lay out formats for Technical Support, when people report bugs and other issues they have with the client.

Format for Submitting Threads in Technical Support
PROBLEM: State the problem clearly as possible.
DETAILS: Who. What. When. Where. Why. Explain what the problem is as detailed as you possibly can.
EXTRA: Anything else you'd like to add?

Then whoever is in charge of fixing these issues can quickly resolve the issue, without having to ask for more details.
